What I Accomplished 2/6/2016

Goal #1 Dialing In My Food, Sleep and Exercise - Down to 140lbs or 26" by June 2016

  • 5 mile walk with my friend, Mike

Goal #4 Develop a home management system that is usable in small doses every day

  • Cleaned out fridge
  • Ran the dishwasher
  • Emptied the dishwasher
  • Cleaned the catbox
  • Tidied the living room and dining room (twice)
  • Aaron hung curtains, yay (also why I had to clean twice)

  • Scrambled eggs with garlic, feta and milk
