It will take daily focus, constant focus, to make the changes I want in my life. Both Aaron and I feel this way. We want to fight to be healthy.

- Recommit to exclusively eating real food.
- Re-charge our environment so we are not tempted to eat junk.
- Clear out our cupboards of ANTI Foods
- Meal Plan and keep our fridge/pantry/freezer stocked with real foods
- Follow through and stick to the meal plan
- Dessert and snacking will be the sticking points
- Journal/Walk/Talk to each other when we are feeling stuck or tempted
